iWAM Reference Comparison Report

This is an abbreviated version of an iWAM Reference Comparison Report. It compares an individual to the model of reference developed for a particular function (here: a particular type of manager for an investment bank). This demo report only shows 7 of the 48 variables that the iWAM measures. The number of variables displayed can be customized.

KEY: A person's score can fall into one of 4 zones: Green, Orange, Red, or Grey. If a person falls into the green zone, they are a match with the reference model. A person in the orange zone is just outside of the ideal range, but can probably be coached to overcome challenges in this area. Someone with a score in the red zone is a clear mismatch in this category. The grey zone indicates an inconclusive score, or a score without any positive or negative implication.
